Walk-In Closet Workshop

I’ve had a couple of work stations in the past, but this time when my family moved to a new home, I decided to turn my room’s mini walk-in closet into a full workshop. Because we are renting this home temporarily, I could not drill any holes into the wall. As a result, building the structure of the workshop required a lot of creative solutions such as using clamps to hold the 2×4 pieces in place.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take the BEFORE photo, so I’ve found a similar closet that closely resembles what it was like before.

The actual walls are separated with another wall supported by the 2×4 frames with sound-proofing material in between the walls. This way, I can hang things such as the pegboard and play my violin (we moved to an apartment).

It took about two months for the whole workshop to come along, but at the end, the effort was worth it. Now, I’m able to focus on my projects in a separated room and leave my mess without cleaning up.
